About our Property

Welcome to our little bit of Florida :-

This property with it's own heated pool was built in 1990 and has two bedrooms, one large en-suite with vanity area and a second with two single beds. The property will sleep 4-6 with the sofa-bed in the living room. A second bathroom is situated just off the main living quarters. The property has recently been refurbished offering you even more comfort during your stay.

This fully air-conditioned villa three miles from Florida’s Gulf Coast is situated in a quiet residential gated golfing community area, known as "The Heather.”

The local beach "Pine Island" is only a short drive away and is well worth a visit.
