This fully air-conditioned two bedroom/two bathroom villa with its own heated pool and deck sleeps 4-6. The property is very well maintained both internally and externally. It has also very recently (i.e. Oct. 04) undergone refurbishment.

In addition, a travel cot and high-chair are provided for the little ones.

Read on for all the information you may require:-

Bedrooms

Master bedroom ( en-suite )

The master bedroom has sliding glass doors onto the pool deck and has an en-suite bathroom. It also has a dressing area. A large walk-in closet provides plenty of additional storage.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom is front facing and has 2 single beds. Again, there is a large walk-in closet providing ample storage.

Pool ( heated )

The heated pool and deck are to the rear of the property and can be accessed from either of the 2 double sets of sliding glass doors at the rear of the property, one from the master bedroom, and the other from the living/dining area. The pool is seven foot deep at it's deepest point.There is also a door on the frame to enable access to/from the surrounding garden area.

The Deck area has an outdoor table & six chairs for that alfresco dining experience and sun loungers for sunbathing. Pool floats & toys are also provided.

No properties are situated directly behind the pool.

Living / Dining

The living area is both comfortable and spacious with a large L-shaped settee offering lots of seating. There is also an additional armchair.

One side of the settee converts into a queen size bed, therefore allowing the property to comfortably sleep six.

The property has the added benefit of cable televison. There is also a small stereo system provided.

There is a telephone provided - local calls are free and the phone accepts all incoming calls. Any calls outhwith the local area are made using a phone card which can be purchased at either Winn Dixie (just along the road) or Radio Shack on Routes 19 or 50.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with large cooker, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. All cooking utensils are also provided. Plastic glasses and plates etc., are also available for use around the pool deck.

In the garage, you will find the washing machine and tumble drier.

Both a large and small barbeque are in the garage together with a cool box for taking your picnic to the beautiful local beach!

The main bathroom, offering both showering and bathing facilities, is just off the lounge and immediately outside the second bedroom.
